Rick Haines, Owner
Rick Haines is owner and operator and has been installing window film since he was 16 years old. Always being hands on and very crafty with his hands. After managing a few shops for other companies he decided to open his own business to grow his expertise in the field. Ever since then people have come from all over to have him do their work, whether it's installing window film or wrapping their cars. Since then, Capital Window Tinting has been producing professional tinting services at affordable prices.
